Volnium is an online astrological service that calculates natal chart interpretations, builds forecasts, and evaluates compatibility between people.
The horoscopes are designed for both regular people interested in astrology and experienced astrologers.
Volnium works so that you can verify interpretations and your birth time using free sections before deciding whether to trust the results and pay for premium sections.
Why?
How do you get information under uncertainty? Everyone does it their own way. There are many options, including false ones.
It is very easy to call astrology a false option. But it is hard to deny that, on one hand, there is a real solar system. And on the other hand, there is a process of searching for correlations between celestial positions and life circumstances.
There is nothing supernatural in the search process itself. Moreover, this process of statistical-social research sets quite ambitious goals.
What makes it difficult?
Analyzing a natal chart (and even more so statistical research) requires attentiveness, a high level of awareness, low cognitive biases, developed meta-skills, and knowledge of one’s own competence boundaries. It also requires basic profiling skills, engineering, IT, a somewhat scientific mindset, and the courage that is usually compensated by high curiosity.
It is very easy to predict planetary positions, but that is not enough.
Common sense and life experience become decisive because they provide contact with reality: you can predict without a horoscope what can happen in reality and what cannot.
As a result, ordinary people without rich life experience try to analyze hundreds of factors simultaneously while looking at a natal chart without assistive systems. This is like asking a weakly trained AI on the weakest available computer to convert an image to text. The probability of errors becomes maximal.
Yes, planetary positions will be calculated correctly, but the conclusions will be erroneous.
Volnium solves this problem as an assistive system: it instantly calculates hundreds of factors, highlights the key ones, and operates with concepts as close to modern reality as possible.
This steadily improves forecast accuracy, especially when using its data as a starting point for “manual” natal chart interpretation.

About the forecasting mechanism
The project does not contain any random number generator in its algorithms — only methods based on astronomical calculations and statistics.
